2. Strategic Framework: A Trio of Options

In a world captivated by threes – think the Olympic medals or The Three Little Pigs – presenting your clients with a trio of options creates clarity.

  1. Start with the solid, no-fuss option – it's reliable and effective.

  2. Next, roll out the most reasonable option, upping the game with added value but perhaps some complexity.

  3. The third? That's where you unleash your wildcard – an out-of-the-box, why-not-try-this kind of idea. It will make the middle option look rational.

Presenting three options uses the proven psychological heuristic, The Paradox of Choice, to help move from “team paralysis” to action.

How?

When given many choices, humans become overwhelmed with the potential path. Move clients forward faster by framing three simple options. This compartmentalizes thinking and makes the pros & cons easier to assess.

And yes, we DO have a PowerPoint template for that. 😉

3. 10 Minutes With: Rebecca McDowell

This week I met with Rebecca McDowell, serial entrepreneur and social media guru, to talk about launching Meego, a new platform to boost exposure and fast-track referrals.

In the next 90 days Becca will be pitching her business to VCs. In my view, she’s ready to pitch today. Becca’s humility, presence, and extreme confidence translate to power in the meeting room.

And Becca’s knowledge of every corner and nuance of her business gives her that winning edge.

We hit a lot of topics in this conversation. You don’t want to miss it.
